Went to go look at the new UX and sales guy “profiled” my boyfriend & I. Guess we didn’t have the “look” he wanted. Won’t ever go there again. After a wonderful 1st experience years ago....very disappointed!

My first Lexus! I was apprehensive but sales folks (especially David Wagner) really put my mind at ease! Just got car detailed and had roof rails installed so I can travel with my pup AND luggage! I'm very pleased with their service dept (which helped with technical questions) and giving me a courtesy vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait for hours! Many thanks for everyone's terrific service!
This is our second Lexus, also the second Lexus dealership we have dealt with. We will continue to return to Winter Park because of the service department. Employees are knowledgeable, waiting room is customer friendly, and work is completed as contracted.
