I don’t not recommend them. I’ve tried all day to get a call back from the finance department and have yet to get that. I keep hearing that no one is there well I’m not really sure how they sell cars then. Someone used my email address to purchase a 2019 RC 350 VIN: JTHHZ5BC6K5021744 from them. This is my first Lexus. I'm in love!!. I took it in for the 5000 mile service, William Marshall was my consultant. Oh my, I was treated like royalty. He was very professional, kind and a true gentleman. I don't want any other consultant if they can't match his standards. He set the bar high for taking care of his customers. He is AWESOME.
Bougot a CPO 2017 Lexus RX450H from this dealership less than 6 months ago. Opened sunroof recently and (what looked like) minor rubber stripping parts snapped and broke. The vehicle ended up needing a whole new sunroof assembly. Was told it was a “freak occurrence”. The repairs took 12 days, with multiple days in between updates, calls not returned and rude treatment (hung up on) by the receptionist.
