I purchased a used 2018 Lexus ES 350 on February 1st. I had a small problem that escalated temporarily into a bigger problem but was quickly resolved when Silvia Mickle in Guest Relations got involved. Now I am not only very pleased with my car but also the resolution to my problem.

I purchased my car in November 2018. I was told I had a free year of service or 10K miles. After that they told me to go to Toyota because it was cheaper. No brainer right? Toyota owns Lexus. HOWEVER, Toyota won’t touch your vehicle if it’s under warranty. No, you want me to go to Lexus and continue to pay over $500 for my oil change service?!?! Why would you lie to people that are buying a vehicle?!?!? I’ll be getting rid of this vehicle and never buying another Lexus EVER! #ridiculous
The fast and professional service
1 1/2 hours for an oil change, 1 1/2 hours to put on a tire. Everybody very nice but INCREDIBLY slow
horrible place to work. had a very bad experience working there, a customer requested to have the car disinfected because I drove it and she didn't like Hispanics. management agreed to her requst
