This was my first experience with Lexus as we have owned five Mercedes for the past 25 years. My wife and I were completely blown away by everything we experienced at Lexus of Winter Park. When our MB was totaled in an accident a few weeks ago we bought a pre-owned Lexus from another dealer but took our "new" Lexus to WP for a needed service and a complete safety check. Lexus of WP is awesome. I purchased my first Lexus about 4 years ago. It was such a smooth and fast process. From there I was assigned to Willie in the service department for all my service needs. Willie is awesome. He's always smiling and always there for you when you need him. Today I had an appointment for an oil change and decided to take a look a some of the newer cars. I don't even know where to begin! Our entire experience was amazing. I am so very thankful we stopped in on Sunday and spoke with Bob Lavin. After just a few minutes he was able to direct us to the EXACT car I wanted. We test drove only that car and bought it immediately, even though we had not planned on purchasing that day.
