I went in today to look at a Certified Lexus RX 350. I dealt with someone in internet sales prior to my arrival. I let him know what I was looking for. I also let him know I wanted to get Pre-approved and see if I could find something to keep my car notes where I wanted them. He informed me he would have his team have some vehicles waiting for me when I came in. I came in with my family and spoke with Robert. He was rude the entire time.
