An excellent experience. In and out in under an hour and a half. The customer lounge has everything you could want or need.
I had the greatest experience purchasing my 2015 RX-350. The sales staff were excellent and took the time to answer all of my questions to ensure I was making the right purchase for my family. I would highly recommend Lexus of Winter Park to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus.
Since 2012 this dealership has gone from fantastic to just average. I believe there may have been a change in upper management. Sad to see it is just your average dealership now. More interested in making money than satisfying customers.

I delt with Sonny (Yang). He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The Sales Manager Omar and I were able to negotiate an acceptable deal including my trade and I was on my way within two and a half hours. That included a test drive and them detailing my new car. I'm very happy with my new car and the people I worked with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a Lexus.
We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in hopes of having a quality inspected vehicle that was priced at a good deal, which we were told “was inspected” Well wrong, vehicle starts having mechanical problems only a few weeks we take it to another dealer for inspection. The outcome $4700 in repairs that are needed. Call Lexus where we purchased they will do nothing but said take it somewhere else and sell it. I have been servicing my Lexus since I bought it at their dealership. This is by far the best dealership experience I ever got in terms of service. I highly recommend them. Caitlin is very professional and provided an excellent service.
""Sales Manager" Chanlin Sok a bully of woman" Chanlin Sok is a disgrace for Lexus of Winter Park. I have been a customer of Lexus of Winter Park since 2007. This guy disrespect my wife during the negotiation and she still decided to buy the car. However, she ask to talk to Mr. Sok 's manager while she was signing the papers in the finance department.
