It was an excellent experience! Ken was sensational and make our second leases a breeze.
I called to get a quote for headlight replacement and was quoted $240. After scheduling an appointment and dropping my car off I was then told that I had to pay $350 for an electrical diagnostic because it may be a wiring issue. I was called later that evening and informed that the issue was EXACTLY what I said, headlight replacement which then cost me $570!! My interior was also damaged, I called and complained but my issue has yet to be resolved!

I have been on a wait list for a dashboard recall for over 2 years! The first time I spoke to Anna on 9/3/15 and was #182 on the wait list. Called on 7/22/16 spoke to Jessica and my wait list number went higher to #226. One of the excuses is "we are only receiving a few and don't have your color in yet". Seriously......it's been over 2 years! Will find it very difficult to recommend Lexus of Winter Park to anyone! Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Thank you Lexus of Winter Park for the excellent customer service! Due to an airbag recall my car could not be driven for the last year. So not only did they pay for a year of rental cars, but when I took it in for the repairs, they replaced the battery in my key fob, washed, vacuumed and filled it with gas! I'm a happy customer!
