My experiences here have been GREAT! I was at such ease while dealing with Caitlin and her manager Jeff (Seevice Department). This is the place to be, and I honestly think these two could use a bonus/raise! 😏 Thanks for everything, always without issue.
We have been to other Lexus dealers for service and have never had such great service as we did here. Francisco is awesome to deal with. Kept us informed and was very personable. He was able to get our problem fixed right, just a longer wait then expected.
Had a horrible experience with service area Then after commenting on Facebook, I had a very nice lady smooth things over and tell me she would be sending me Lexus goodies in the mail Of course a month later, I have received nothing. All talk, crappy customer service. plenty of other places to do business.
I just purchased my first Lexus and I couldn't be happier. Always having luxury cars, I decided to take the leap with the Lexus RC coupe and fell in love with a whole other level of luxury. This is my second car that I purchased there they service is top 10 my sales person was Pan and Robert was the best ever even tho I didn't get a coffee cup or water this time � I brought myself back do I get the $100 dollars how does that work? Everybody was awesome!!
A big Thank You to CJ and Lexus of Orlando for quickly taking care of my daughters, Kali Tomko's car. CJ went above and beyond making sure everything was done to ensure she was a happy customer.
