Great experience so far. The waiting area is very accommodating, and they even have a playroom for the little ones. My little one loved it which made my life that much easier!
Having owned, both new and used cars, I have come to the realization that vehicle ownership extends beyond taking it out of the showroom. Albeit, service, care, personnel knowledgeable consultants and technicians is important to me. Lexus of Orlando provides all of these requirements. It's showroom and waiting room is exemplary. Super customer service. They took the time to go through the car with us, set the Bluetooth for our phones up for us, set up the memory seats and mirrors and steering wheel for each of us, set up the radio and navigation plus how to get it personalized. Thanks to them I didn't have to try and figure it out on my own. A big THANK YOU to our product service representative Mr. Pan for treating us like a really important customer.
