I had the best experience to date with buying a new car! I buy a new vehicle every year and always have to do some heavy negotiating in order to come out with a fair deal but at Lexus of Orlando they ran the numbers and I almost didn't believe it. We had the best salesman and sales manager who took care of us from start to finish! By far the best dealership I've been too! Buy from them, you won't regret it!
Just purchased a 2016 BMW 435i Convertible from Lexus of Orlando. Very happy with the experience in dealing with Fred Piombino and his staff. They delivered the 435i to Jacksonville and picked up my trade in. Met Angel Elicier who delivered the 435i to My home and he was very pleasant to work with and showed me all the bells and whistles on the car. I recently purchased a certified used car from Lexus of Orlando. I pointed out that the convertible top had open seams. I was told that the convertible top would be covered under the Plantium extended warranty. So I believed them, taking the car to dealership for repair, I was told it is NOT covered. I informed the sales manager Chalin Sok and product specialist Neil and was told “Sorry, nothing I can do.”. So to fix the car, it is going to cost me another $4,000 to $5,000 for a $10,000 car. We have been a part of the Lexus family for over ten years. I have been very disappointed with the way they are handling the issue with my recalled passenger airbag system on one of our vehicles. I have been calling for over six or seven months and I keep getting told that "parts are not in yet". They don't seem to be that concerned about the safety of my passengers or myself. They did offer me a rental car that was not equivalent to what I normally drive. I would just like to see the service that is expected of Lexus.
The service department is always efficient and super friendly!
I am still waiting on my dashboard recall, it's been three years and still have a cracked up dashboard! What is taking so long I want mine replaced !
