Purchased a new 2014 RX350 and couldn't be happier. Feel I I got a decent deal on the purchase and really enjoy the RX. Service experience, other than a long wait on occasion, has been terrific. They do it right the first time around. My Service Rep, Victor, is always a pleasure to work with. We'll soon be looking at a 2017.

Best experience so far I've had it with the dealer in my life, they gave me more than I wanted for my trade-in, agreed to the price for the lease that I wanted, and stayed two hours after closing to finish the deal, simply the best experience ever with a car dealership

One of the best buying experiences at a dealership, that I've ever had. Great staff, Tia, Pan and Gary, were the best. I will definitely. E back to see them again.
If you want horrible customer service, come here! After dealing with one of their finance managers for over 2 hours , they told us to call back the next day to see what the bank had said. We called back and left multiple messages. Our calls were never returned. We decided to come in and speak to the manager and we were left waiting for him for over an hour without any kind of explanation. This employee never showed up. i had a horrible experience with this dealership in 2000 and refused to even consider them in 2008 when I bought my 2009 rx. They advertise on the Internet and I was skeptical of this being a "bait and switch" atmosphere. I decided to go look at colors not really intending to buy from them and learned the dealership was under new ownership since my first experience.
