My husband and I have had plenty of car buying experiences and spent hours trying to get the car we wanted! The day we went to Lexus of Orlando before going there we spent two hours at Toyota looking at cars and waiting for someone to help us! We went to Lexus of Orlando they had what wanted and within an hour we left with our car! Best customer service and fast approval! A memorable experience! The only place we take our car for service! Love the experience here! They really take care of you!

I'm 400 and something on the wait list to have my terribly cracked/melting Lexus dashboard replaced from the recall. No one will want to buy it the way it looks, unless I take a great loss. 2 dash boards a week ... I'm looking at over 4 years! Ugh! Ridiculous!
Prices are good, but service after they have your money is terrible. We purchased a car from Omar at the end of December. We immediately left for a trip. When we returned home we realized that two items had not been put back into the car after it was detailed... the cup holder in the front console, and the luggage cover in the back (it was there when I looked at the car to purchase). I have been searching for my next vehicle for about a month now. I have had my eye on a Lexus for quite some time. Thinking it was not within my budget, I looked at all other vehicles. I finally gave in and went to Lexus of Orlando. Not only was I able to find a vehicle priced within my budget, I found exactly what I wanted! I had the best car buying experience as well. Warning: DO NOT Lease a cat from Lexus of Orlando in Winter Park and Lexus Financial! We leased an IS250 in 2012. Nice car. The salesman sold us what we thought was Excess Wear & Tear insurance for the end of the lease. It wasn’t. We got a bill for excess wear and tear (3 scratches) at the end of the lease. My wife and I recently had the best car buying experience of our life at Lexus of Orlando. Charles Ream was wonderful to work with and provided top notch service throughout the entire process. From the initial vehicle search, switching purchases at the last minute, the delivery process and the follow up, he was great.
