Charles Ream was my sales rep and if this guy ever needs a kidney or an alibi he can come to me. The guy was awesome and made buying a vehicle a pleasure. Also there is another sales rep there by the name of Pan who was a big help too. I would buy my next car from either of those guys.

Lexus of Orlando sucks. we bought preowned car from them and on next day seat stopped working,AC quit,and when you drive with around 75mph all kind of noises were coming from the front of the car. and when we call them they said you bought the car as is. i understand that but all these problems for 2 days after we spend $17000 seriously. and they even told us that they can't help us with service because is not Lexus"how stupid is that"then why you selling it?they don't care about you.and I will never buy a car from them and ... read more

Have used them for 12 years and today is the last day I will use them to purchase a car from or for service , they insulted us with the most ridiculous offer on a car 2 years older then mine and mine is the same brand only I had only 10,000 miles fully loaded I was going to get a older one to reduce my payment they wanted 35,000 for a 2 year older and offered my 7,000 below lowest Kelly blue book , beware they wanted to give me 33,000 for mine , I didn't see stupid written on my face
