Buyer beware!! Do not go to this dealership if you expect good customer service, or even any bit of professionalism for that matter. The salesmen and management treat customers terribly. I will never go back!!

Many thanks to Nick and the service tech who got the bounce out of my 2012 ES350. We were in Orlando on vacation and the trip down was miserable with the constant bounce and vibration. This has been a problem for quite a while and Lexus of Nashville was unable to correct. I love my car again! We were treated exceptionally well. The dealership was comfortable and clean. Fantastic experience.
