Lexus of Winter Park is an excellent dealership. Can not ask for better. Their sales people are very courteous and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The service department (Jafar) is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is proactive and always has a smile. You cannot asl for better.

What a horrible car buying experience. Do not ever trust Lexus of Winter Park. They intentionally sold me a lemon when they knew it was messed up. I should have known something was wrong when they all but forced me into buying the protection plan. A 2016 Denali, completely died on me in the middle of 434 and 436 and all Fred, the “sales manager” could show me was where they checked the tires and fluids. Really? As always, I am very happy with my service. My service consultant, Dominic, is great! He is so thorough and polite! He takes time to explain anything that may be needing attention. He checks in periodically if I am waiting for the service, and if I need a loaner, he handles that really quickly. He's been my Consultant for many years, and 3 previous Lexus'.... and in my opinion is a "great face of Lexus"....
Super support team in explaining all the features of my car. Sales was done professionally. Low key no pressure but provided key information and options to meet my needs.

I dropped my car off after my local mechanic was unable to correct a braking issue. The team at Lexus was great. Very professional and arranged for us to have a loaner. Not only did they fix my issue, they replaced the missing plastic snaps that had been broken or removed by previous mechanics at no charge! Class act.
This dealership is not about customer service. They will tell you anything to get a car purchased and then act like nothing happened. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
