RecommendedMy experience with Lexus of Winter Park has always been a good experience. However, the Billing needs to be redesigned. The customer needs to have a breakdown of the cost of parts replaced. There is no breakdown of cost for labor regarding the parts that were replaced. This section is a huge amount of the statement and needs to be more informative to the customer.

The service at Lexus of Winter Park is always very good, but this week's was great. My service rep, Jonathan, went to bat for me with the company that issued my extended warranty. He got over $2,000 of repairs covered. I only had a $50 copay.
