I did not go look at the car but the dealer answered all my questions.I felt their dealer and other fees minus taxes were quite high.They did admit the car had a fender dent and other scratch but said they would compensate.If they lower the asking price Iâd probably got get it.If the dealer fees were less I would probably have bought it.I would recommend this dealer because they do respond quickly and are friendly.

I recently bought a low mileage, used 2021 ***** CX5 from Lexus of Winter Park/Lexus of Orlando (they are the same company). I bought it over the internet without seeing it in person, based on: 1) The pictures in the online ad that did NOT show any kind of damage, anywhere on the car. 2) The ad copy that stated the car was "beautiful" and in "excellent" condition. 3) Conversations with the sales staff where I was repeatedly assured that the car was spotless and in beautiful condition.Based on all this information, I paid for... read more

Was really interested on a specific vehicle, send Alan (Sales person) all of the information needed to make a deal happen. After sending all the info Sales person make me wait 7 hrs just to ask to come by the dealer ship. When from the beginning I ask if I could do everything online.
