I stopped in to look at a car, and even though I didn't end up buying it, it was an easy and no pressure situation. Kyle was very nice and allowed us to take a good test drive. When we got back, we discussed numbers with him and the sales manager, who also was nice. Even though it didn't work out this time, I would definitely buy a car from this dealership.

The service was great. Jafar was very courteous and explained everything about the service on my car. I was given a loaner because my car required an extra day to complete the job. I received a call and text message when my car was ready. Great and efficient service.

Bought a car and they pulled my credit report on Saturday, left with the car, they pulled it again on Monday. I financed $9k, had 828 credit score on Saturday. Because of the double pull, my score dropped 25 points. why? Next day, took the car to a Toyota dealer because it vibrates when accelerating, need 4 new tires. Felt good about buying it because it was under warranty, but it seems that they didn't inspect it before trying to sell it.They're dishonest! Would never buy from them again.....

Terrible Lexus dealer. I went there to buy a used Lexus. First off, the process is convoluted. You contact an Internet rep, then you get a Product Specialist (code for sales person), then a Sales Manager (that just shuffles papers), then to the "Big Kahuna" (BK) decision maker. which you never actually meet. The 1st 3 apparently can't decide anything without checking with the BK. We negotiate 2 service items.
