garbage customer service. they do not care about their customers. bought a lexus there in 2019. spotty experience with service team. always seem to leave there with a problem. just bought another car there in 12.2020. they treated me like I didn't belong in there, like I wasn't worth their time. waited 90 mins after deciding to buy a car, only to learnt hey hadn't even processed my credit. after how I was treated, I will never step foot in Lexus Orlando or winter park again, being that they are the same owner.

called this dealer to inguire about buying 2 brand new vehicles total of $100,000 and the sales person was going to have the Sales Manager call me right back🤔 If any consumers want to Buy 2 new cars in the same day..Make sure you never spend your time and money ant any other Dealer. LEXUS OF WINTER PARK WORST DEALER ON EARTH!! Who runs this clown Operation that Doesn't want to Sell $100,000 I'm inventory in 1Day😂🤔 If I could leave zero stars I certainly would.
