It was time for a new car and expected to trade my 4 series BMW for another BMW model. I Happened to stop by Lexus just to take a peek & was curious as to what they had to offer. Of course, I could not resist test driving a few models and unexpectedly fell in love with the CT200h. Who would have thought !!! Totally inconsistent application of customer service and recall application. Toyota has elected to replace a dashboard on a 2005 4Runner while outright disapproving a dashboard on a 2005 IS300. What's the rationale there??
Drove in for service and was helped immediately. Everything was accomplished in an hour and I just read my book in the comfortable waiting area while sipping the fresh served coffee.

Ron took care of us. We got the price and the car we wanted. Since it was a holiday weekend, we were out in a jiff. There was some moments where we thought we didn't get the deal, but then it was quickly rectified.
