Went for a simple oil change on an LS460 and a programming change to how the handle touch unlocks the doors. I was told the car would be ready in one hour and waited in the lounge where only coffee and bagels were available. It took over two hours until I was told the car was ready. After paying and checking out the car I found that they never reprogrammed the locks. It took another half hour for that to ibe corrected. It shouldn't take three hours for an oil change.
I couldn't ask for better service or customer relations. Even though I did not buy my RX350 from Lexus of Palm Beach, They treat me like family. As a snow bird, I service my car both in NY & FL. I must say, the level of service from Lexus of Palm Beach far exceeded my expectations. I am one happy customer who will be returning for more great service in the fall. Keep up the good work!!

Although my Lexus purchase experience was good, my experience with the service side of this dealership has been poor. Employees appear to "go thru the motions" without real concern for customer satisfaction I discussed several issues with my service advisor as well as his supervisor and was promised an answer that still has not come. The Customer Relations Manager has also not responded to my communication
