The staff and service were perfect even though my issues were not resolved due to not being able to determine an issue when the vehicle came to the shop ...kind of like when you want to show off your child and all of a sudden they're silent!!!
The moment you walk in you're treated like royalty by Bobby Amra, smooth transition all the way through! HONESTY was his model all the way through, He'll help throughout the whole sale and even after he'll take care of any needs on your Lexus! The service dept is very much overpriced. Unless it's free, go elsewhere. Also watch the charity fee they charge without asking permission.

My current Service Advisor is Usmann Arthur who possesses these qualities and is a true professional. My recent service appointment for my SC430 as usual, was handled seamlessly by Usman.
