I give this dealership 5 stars BUT, i am concerned, i just had my ES350 in for the 10k/`1 year checkup and i just got a notice saying that i need new tires. Wow, Lexus, what kind of tires do you use that needs tires with about 10,000 miles, actually 10,112. Now for the dealership...i find it difficult that one could get a more responsive crew, from call in to advisor to service people, 5 stars excellent
Courteous reception. 15,000 mile service, 90 minutes waiting. Inconvenient for working people. Need for loaner.

I came in and left my keys with one of the helpers who proceeded to tell me to go the lounge and wait for my service representative to write my ticket. A half hour later I went back to the service department to find out what was going on. My car was not to be seen. I went to a couple of advisers to find out what happened and was completely ignored. My car was found being serviced even though a ticket hadn't been written.
From the minute I went there ,till I left , I felt that I had to do with a real professional team . The service and the attitude are unsurpassed .
The service department at Lexus IS extremely professional and they are excellent at getting your car in great condition �
I had a great satisfying experience . My service advisor was Mr. Bill Powers He was terrific , very helpful and honest
