I have been waiting *years* for a part to be delivered for an IS250. An interior door panel. I call every few months – and each time I'm told the same thing: "Sorry, we have been unable to get your part in, and there's nothing we can do for you in the meantime." Not even some sort of make-good? Nothing? Nope. Extremely disappointed in Toyota/Lexus for this terrible, unacceptable service failure.
It seemed I had a somewhat esoteric problem develop with my RX400 hybrid. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, at the Lexus dealership, worked with me to get it sorted and fixed. People could not have been nicer or more helpful. Knowledgeable, determined and skilled: a winning combination for great dealership service. I could not have been more pleased.
I had just bought a 2006 Lexus IS250 from another dealer not long ago and the oil maintenance light popped up - wanted to continue with a Lexus dealer as did past owners. The staff was very nice, informative, had the oil and filter changed, lube job, new wiper inserts and they performed an overall check of the vehicle which turned out great ( in my mind) - they also cleaned the car and it appears as though it was done inside and outside. Service and staff excellent. Highly recommend LOPB. Lexus Corp sucks for their handling of the dashboard recall for my RX350. Two years waiting with no end in sight and no one to explain the unacceptable delay or when it will be replaced. Not what I expected from this brand.

The great place to shop. I tried BMW and Audi, before I arrived at Lexus. I got a great deal on a great vehicle.
I have to say although the bagels are good, the service is the best. The people want to make your trip to their dealer the best experience and they succeed in doing just that, thank you very much. I have a short term lease so I will return very shortly, thank you again, Doug and Bonita.
As always Lexus of Palm Beach once again gives 5 Star Service. Charlie was great to work with as well. Very informative, knowledgeable and has great customer service. Thanks again for a great experience.
