I went in to have my airbag replaced. I was able to get an appointment right away. They told me it would be a couple of hours and I requested a loaner car so I could do errands. No problem. My service manager Scott Goldin was courteous and kept me up to date. And if you do have to wait there it has a great waiting room: star bucks coffee, bottled water, comfy chairs, etc. I would have no problems recommending them.
This was the second of my scheduled maintenance on my ES350 and again, I was extremely satisfied with my service manager, Rick, and the timely check on my vehicle. I was a BMW customer for 25 years having owned 7, 5, X5 and 3 series convertibles. Keep up the good work, Lexus of Palm Beach!
First experience with newly purchased pre-owned Lexus Hybrid which needed a 60,000 mile service. Rick was my manager. What a positive experience! He was more than helpful and explained details about the car that I did not know. Having driven all of the luxury cars in the past I can attest that this service was far superior to anything I have experienced in previous service situations. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was also on the wait list for 3-4 years for my new dash board. - At first I was not thrilled that the girl who scheduled my appointment got the date wrong in the computer after we both verbally agreed on one date, to have to drive 1 hour south to drop off my car to be told that my appointment wasn't until the next day.
