I have been there twice now and has been a great service. No real wait with an appt. last time I asked them to check the cool seats in my ES 350 and I am not sure that they did as it was nowhere on the paperwork? I will ask again when I go back for my next service.

Great service I highly recommend. I have a Lexus dealership closer to my house but prefer this dealership above the other ones.
