This was our first time looking to buy a Lexus. We did end up leasing the IS 200T! I went in wanting no black exterior or black interior. Ended up leaving with Caviar exterior and black interior and I absolutely love it! Harold our salesman was terrific, he took a lot of time trying to find me the colors I preferred, however he could not locate one with the features I wanted. I drove from Orlando to Lexus of Palm Beach to have my car serviced. My service advisor, Viet Dang, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and professional and processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently so my car was done promptly. He understood what I needed and accomplished it. He is an asset to your dealer. Also, they did a great job cleaning my car afterwards. I highly recommend this dealership and Viet Dang. Funny thing is that he wasn't even my scheduled service advisor, he just stepped in to help out!
