I called the service department because my tire light went on and was taken immediately! The service manager took my car and within a hour, I was driving out of the Dealership. This is my second Lexus from the same dealer, and I'm so happy I decided to purchase and service my car at Palm Beach Lexus!
This dealership does a very good job, however, they do not give loaners for service under a two hour wait! I ask that question when I purchased & the salesmen quoited; "we have over 200 loaners so its never a problem". That policy needs to change in order for me to purchase at this location
They did a wonderful job with no problems at all. Viet Dang my service adviser did a great job. He was very professional and accommodating. He is a wonderful asset to the dealership.

brought my Lexas in for service and a problem with the steering wheel. Neil Medina, the assistant Service Manager provided exceptional service. The new steering wheel was ordered. I was given a loaner car. The car was serviced and repaired on time. I am delighted with the experience!

This is my 2nd RX and still loving it. Francesca has been our Service Advisor for several years, would not trade for anybody else. Should be 10�’s not just 5. Everything as recommended and promised, should have been promoted to Customer Service Manager by now, only disappointment is the Management / Owners not recognizing this.
