My visit went smoothly. Darrell explained everything in detail and kept me informed of progress. I had an issue with driver’s side mirror housing. Darrell explained my options and I chose replacement. Lexus of PB called the next morning to set up an appointment. All staff I dealt with were courteous, efficient and professional.
Everyone is very helpful and polite I had an excellent ex[erience. I went in for my first service appointment and was taken right away. I also purchased my vehicle here also and was treated like gold.
Christian, my service rep, went above and beyond to take care of me in a complicated repair scenario recently. He was very accessible and friendly and showed real care and concern. Thank you.

Terrific service before and after the deal is made. Clean well trained dealership with well mannered personnel in a spotless environment. I highly recommend them and why we continue to get our cars there. We have had 4 SUV’s and been very happy . They communicate well , and take care of every detail.
