My Lexus LS 460 is the worst quality car I have owned. I have owned many high end cars. I owned Porsche 911’s and several different Mercedes. Those cars were far more reliable than my Lexus. I have appealed to Lexus for relief from the many defects on this car. Minor support was provided. Much more support should have been provided. Like the motor mounts that just failed. Prompt, thorough service.
Brought our IS in for a routine oil change. When we got back in the car we noticed a coin my daughter gave my girlfriend was missing. It's something we keep in the car at all times so we noticed it right away. Notified the service advisor and he informed us they would check the filter on the vacuums. However they didn't vacuum the inside of the car. Just cleaned the outside which I told him. Best sales person I have ever worked with (RonSpeck) Had the car for a few days & had a problem that was resolved. Bought the new 2019 ES300 Hybrid. Love the ride & all the new things that are available on the 2019. ONE problem the new law states that the silent feature at slow speeds on hybrids have caused injury & death . they now have added a noise that can be heard by pedestrians. The problem is that it can be be heard thru out our quite neighborhood. The noise is excessive beyond any vehicle on the road.
