Well, I drop off vehicles for residents. All kinds. This lexus in Okeechobee has the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with, in 22 years. You hear cursing, and just loud and obnoxious people who work there just walking around. It’s a crying shame because Lexus Make great vehicles. When something great is done I’ll make a comment but so far not so good. Might bring the vehicles I take care of to Mercedes,very profesional. The best thing at Mercedes is a gentleman by the name Scott Goldin
Brought my car in for a very unusual problem which required action but their corporate staff. A review was conducted with corporate engineers and to date I have received no official feedback from customer service. Have had a brief discussion with the local service manager but No call from corporate. Waiting to pick up car which I left for 3 weeks ago.
I have always had a good experience at Lexus of Palm Beach. This time was no exception.
Thor is a great service rep and they really take good care of you.
