Very professional... they don't attempt to sell you on more items than you came in for, unless they do discover a problem. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Great dealership !!!
We were just going in to return a lease and weren't considering another vehicle but the deals were too good to pass up. The sales staff were friendly & knowledgeable and worked with us to get the a deal on an ES350 that we didn't even think was possible. We are so happy with our new vehicle & our experience at Lexus of Palm Beach
I was greeted at the curb of the service department by Bill, very pleasant, then met with Bob who explained what the service would entail. Certainly, clear and concise with a very friendly attitude. I was then escorted to the waiting area and found quiet and other very friendly customers. The service wait was not too long and my car returned to me with friendly smiles and “have a pleasant day” as I left. Will continue to bring my car here for service and would highly recommend this dealership.
