Richard Bouker is the best Service Associate at Lexus. I went to have my 30k mile check up, and he was fabulous. It was the end of a tiring day for both of us. He suggested I go home, and come back on the way to work in the morning. I did take his suggestion. 7am the next morning, my car was ready, washed,and waiting for me to hop into to go to work. Rick doesn't miss a beat.

I had owned Lexus cars for over 10 years and sat on their review committee. I paid every payment on time through autopay. After turning in my last car (under mileage) I closed the acct after making my last payment. 1.5 year later I got sent to collections for a "payment I never made". I asked for a breakdown of the accounting records and it shows that I actually did make the payment but they refuse to write it off and are demanding I pay.
