I called my Service Associate, Thor Evensen when my tire light came on as I was leaving the VA Medical Center yesterday. I told Thor what was going on with my ES350 and drove right to Lexus of Palm Beach. Thor immediately wrote up a service order for the tire light and also to check a noise I heard when the vehicle was at a idle. They don't care about customers after purchasing especially wen they come for services and washing the car because they think we didn't pay for .

Just had one of my cars in for the 10,000 mile service. As always everything was perfect including a clean car returned. Been dealing there for many years. Thank you Scott Goldin. But will miss Hamsa Masri no better sales person anywhere in the country!!!!!!!

Thank you Neill Medina for your excellent service the other day! After running over a wrench that lodged in my tire, I was able to get to Lexus right away where I did not have to wait to see anyone - Neill. He priced matched the new tire to Costco's price and I left my car there for service since it was time for that anyway. Because it was almost 6 p.m., he gave me a loaner car and I picked up my car the next day. My experiences with Lexus service has always been second to none.
