Service advisor Bill Powers was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. He ensured me that the technicians would make sure my car was running like it should. I never leave Lexus of Palm Beach unhappy! Thanks again Bill!
While I enjoyed my experience at Lexus of Palm Beach and love my ES 330, I did have an issue Sophia Baldino, who I believe is the finance manager. She came across a bit abrasive and hostile during our conversation and even had the nerve to say that the house my wife and I recently purchased wasn't in my name, which isn't true. Other than her, everyone was classy and professional.
I have found the most amazing service advisor at Lexus of Palm Beach. His name is Mr. Eric Weichmann. He is honest, polite, and just plain old nice. This is not my first visit but this person made an impression on me. I look for good customer service which is very hard to find these days. My car was not starting properly on Sunday afternoon and I drove in without an appt. and told him what was happening with my car. They were closing in an hour yet he took care of me. Thank you sir.
