I bought a certified Lexus here in January 2015 and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. But what I was most impressed with was how the staff continued to go the extra mile long after I had purchased the car. During a follow up service appointment they fixed a nagging small but annoying issue. ***UPDATE***Lexus does not live up to their "Pursuit of Perfection" They had my car for over 2 weeks and didn't do anything after they should of done a full motor rebuild. They keep building these cars crapier and crapier ..Buyer Beware!!!!! I have always had a wonderful experience at LOPB. I am currently dealing with Danielle in service after dropping off my 2006 Lexus GS 300 AWD. It is shaking because of a piston ring and valve spring recall. Not honoring a full warranty on a car purchased less than 6 moths ago. The sales person knew we were concerned about the carpets. They want 4 K to fix it which is 3,200 more than the good lexus dealer in Ft Meyers though it would cost. Stay away
