works for three months then gives up and hires a new paralegal team that does nothing. better of using someone else.

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm is troubled to hear the review left by this individual as Lexington strives to give the best representation possible to its client seeking help with credit repair. It is unclear what it meant by “hires a new paralegal team,” as all work done on behalf of Lexington’s clients is done by the attorneys and paralegals of Lexington. Lexington continues to diligently represent its clients during the entire period of representation. During the three months Mr. ****** was a client, Lexington sent out a large number... read more

I was a little skeptical of the whole Lexington Law Firm ordeal. As a former student and only 22 years old, I never had anyone that was able to teach me about credit. I delved into the credit world and made some bad mistakes, opened a ton of credit cards, and tried a ton of times to get a new vehicle (which unbeknownst to me, I was virtually unable to get approved anywhere due to age of credit and how many recent inquires I had on my credit report). Later, once I finally taught myself some credit basics, I finally realized ... read more

I cancelled services right away because I could not afford their outrageous fees. But they still contacted me daily. 5 or more times a day by phone. They also text and email me.

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm regrets to hear of this client’s experience. After reviewing this client’s case there was no indication she wished to end Lexington’s representation. Lexington continues to assist clients in credit repair and keep them updated on their cases through email and text. There are no indication of excess phone calls to this person, but based on this review Lexington will place her number on the do not call list and her case with Lexington has been terminated.

Total waste of money and time! You’re better off taking the $120 a month and paying down your debt vs. giving it to this scam. The sales team gives you all kinds of numbers how most clients see x number of removals within the first 6 months and x% of users get their credit restored. They pander to your hopes without real results. Please do not fall for their marketing and sales gimmicks of making it seem like there is a team working for you, paralegals giving you personalized recommendations on how to rebuild your credit or... read more

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm assists clients in addressing the negative items on their credit reports that may be hurting their overall credit score or ability to secure a loan. This narrow area that Lexington assists with is only a portion of a person’s credit score. Clients have to consider other areas affecting their credit, such as utilization ratio, length of credit history, type of credit, and number of credit inquiries. Although Lexington does not address these specific factors, it does provide tools and education to help clien... read more

lexington law credit repair is a rip off and does nothing

Business response:

Lexington regrets to see a review of this nature as it worked on this client’s case for almost two months. In that time more than a dozen dispute letters were sent to the credit bureaus and almost as many letters were sent to creditors on the client’s behalf. Additionally, during her time as a client Ms. Tompkins had access to the client website, a monthly FICO score, financial management tools, identity theft insurance, and more. Lexington also has a variety of different service levels to accommodate different budgets and d... read more

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm regrets to hear of this individual’s experience. Lexington assists its clients to ensure the information on their credit reports is accurate and verifiable. They where good at first, And Then I started getting calls from Crediter and Letters from them, I also Got my credit score drop almost 50-75 points since signing up with them in March, then i called to cancel and they told me i was going to be charged another 93.00 they would give me a 6.00 discount. So really your first month isnt a dollar like they claim. They have been nothing but a issue. But they did get 5 things removed off my credit. but thats not going to help with a dropping credit score!

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm regrets to here of any problems Ms. ****** may have had during or after she was a client with Lexington. Lexington assists clients in disputing negative items on their credit reports with the credit bureaus and the creditors. Although Lexington helps clients with the items on their credit reports, this does not eliminate or change the underlying debt a consumer may owe to a creditor. Lexington cannot control the actions of creditors and other third parties after disputing items. The fluctuation of an indiv... read more
