They are not good at what they do. They have been dragging along a long-term issue of just trying to close my account. They have made excuse after excuse as to why they can't close my account. I'll be filling a lawsuit against this company.

Engaged these services to remove one item on three reports. After 3 months and $300 spent I had no results. I spent numerous hours on the phone on hold and engaging with shift ccr's To no avail, I was unable to obtain any evidence of any work performed, examples of letter or credit repair non existent. I could not even get them to cancel I had to dispute it with the credit bureaus.

Although Lexington can dispute certain items on credit reports, it cannot guarantee any removal as it is the discretion of the creditor and/or the credit bureau to decide which items will remain or be removed. Additionally, a client may at any time request copies of all letters or other work provided by Lexington by requesting that information directly from Lexington.
100% scam. My credit score dropped the 4 months I was with them and they charged me for a month after I cancelled my service. What a rip off

Lexington bills in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act that states work must be completed before a person is charged. When a client cancels his or her case there is a final amount due based on the work that has been performed and not yet charged. Lexington is unable to control their clients’ credit score as Lexington is only able to focus solely on the negative items on a credit report and not the other factors that impact a credit score.
Lexington Law is a bunch of scam artists! They sign you up before they tell you the full price and then you have no way of getting in touch with them to cancel. They double charged me for a month and when I did get to speak with them they told me they couldn't review the recorded conversation because they were too busy and couldn't hear the recorded conversations! It took them a month to cancel my subscription so they could continue to bill me! Stay away from these scam artists!

I called this company to help my husband and I repair our credit so that we could possibly buy a house. They lied when I signed up about the cost of the service. Then when I tried to cancel the service they charged more money and continued lying. This is a complete scam. My husbands credit actually got worse. Please save yourself time and money!

I have read so many reviews from others regarding Lexington Law; mostly negative, and fortunately for me my review is positive. I had negative items on my report that had been there for 8 and 9 years (NO bankruptcies). Negative items are only suppose to be on your report for no more than 7 years,unless there are bankruptcies. I attempted getting those items off myself, but with no success. I found Lexington Law on Credit Karma. I hired them because there were a minimum of 10 negative items on my report. Scammers using robot callers to drum up business for their scam. Promises to "fix credit", but legitimate businesses don't use illegal robot callers. Don't fall for their scam and don't give them any personal information.

The script is very misleading. I was charged $119 when I was under the impression that I would be charged $14.99. It is a waste of money and I would never use them again .

During her sign up, the price was discussed with Ms. ******* and Ms. ******* agreed to the price for services when she signed the engagement agreement. Additionally, Lexington allows its clients 5 days to cancel without incurring any charges. Ms. ******* did not cancel her case in that time and was charged the amount agreed to in the agreement after Lexington completed work on her behalf.
I opened a case with this company, I emailed then more than four times over the course 2 months I was with them that they had my email address wrong and could not log in to check the status of my claim, all went unanswered. I called and opted for the call back feature rather than sitting on hold for 40 minutes to and hour and never got a call back, it wasn't until I called and sat on hold for the 40 minutes that I could finally talk to someone.
