Purchased a pool heater from them over a year ago and it still doesn't work. No response or any help. Purchased a pool cover and seam came apart after 1 1/2 years. New pool pump didn't work right and I found out there was a recall on it. Still waiting to hear about the pool heater.

I went into store number #*** the gentleman went in to the computer an under my email address ordered my pool filter it was taken out of my acct yet I've not received it its now Aug went into another lesleys to see if I could find some one to help me after calling the number on the page the lady kept telling me I didn't buy it I lost it the cash was taken out the same day it was ordered I have left messages with Corp to call me with he only to leave me with a lengthy message an so I thought ok give the mail one more week sti... read more

I had been a loyal customer until this summer. This is because after ordering an electric booster pump from Leslies, I had arranged to have their service department do the installation. A technician did show up and wired the pump incorrectly and thus burned up the pump. (My licensed Electrician confirmed this) There is a wiring diagram located on the pump that Leslies technician should have followed. Leslies did refund the cost of the pump they ruined, but not the approximately $350.00 for the faulty labor of the technician ... read more

My best piece of advice, find a different pool repair service. Leslies is unreliable paired with a customer ********************** that leaves a lot to be desired. The company sets up appointments that it fails to keep, sends technicians that clearly hate their job and their company, and uses an answering service that would rather get off the phone than assist you. Leslies is price gouging with the chlorine. This isnt supply / demand this is price gouging when there is a chlorine shortage. Boycott Boycott Boycott. Never go there again! Spread the wird!!

Hi ******. It may feel that way but we can assure you we are not price gouging. When cost is raised up the chain from distribution to wholesale to retail the price normally goes up as we cant sell chlorine (or any product) below our cost.

We have been a Commercial Customer for over 20 years. Most of those years went well except.Since 2017 Leslie's Pool Supply's order wait time for Commercial customers has been anywhere from ***** minutes. That is completely unacceptable. Then when you do get a representative on the line and become disconnected they DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. I feel that when they answer and you give your Commercial Account Number to them that they have your information on the computer and they should call the customer right back.Also, in the order... read more

I ordered a pool pump on July 27 from the Leslie's website. I received confirmation and receipt the my order was pending shipping. After 2 days and receiving no tracking number I called to investigate and was told the item would be shipping that day. Within 2 days I still had not received any shipping notifications so I phoned again and was told the same thing. Leslie's is price gouging the h*** out of its customers over chlorine!!!!!! Charging $70 plus over chlorine tabs last year.

I know it may feel that way but I can assure you we are not price gouging. The cost of chlorine has risen on every side of the business, distribution, wholesale and retail. We keep the cost as low as possible but due to Covid19 prices have definitely changed.

Went to store in Georgetown and out of the three men in there working, one asked if we needed help! He barely opened his mouth when he spoke and was VERY unenthused!! They didnt have what we needed. We looked a minute and when we walked out we said thank you, and NO ONE says a word to us!! Then called the store in temple the next day, and the man that I talked to sounded like it took all he had to answer the phone and my questions!!! Will not give them my business!!!
