I went to Leslie's Pool Supplies at ****************************************************************************************** on 7/29/21 at 11:30 AM. I went in and said, " Hi, I would like to buy 4 packets of chlorine shock" . Don't stand by their work.I has them come out and check my pool heater. The tech said it was a circuit board. I replaced the board at a cost of $275.Same problem. Had someone come out and told me it was gas valve.Put in old circuit board and replaced gas valve.Everything works Called and complained and was told manager ***** would call me in 24 to 48 hrs.One week later ,no call.

I went into the store to purchase a couple of rafts and a pump. When I went to the register I used my debit card and I was told it was declined and try it again, so I did and again I was told it was declined, so I paid in cash. Two days later when I logged into my bank I saw the 2 charges from Leslies Pool Supply. I brought my original receipt, which shows I paid in cash, and I brought a printout from my online banking showing the 2 charges. I am sorry for the frustration. At times when a debit card is used and declined (it could be your bank declining it for fraud protection or other reasons) it will withdraw the amount as pending but never actually takes the funds. It does take days to reverse based on your banks policies. This has always been the way debit cards work since it comes directly out of your bank account, credit cards do the same but it wont post and doesn't affect your bank balance. I went to store to buy a pool and was directed to there website by store clerk . I purchased one in stock and was told would be shipping 3-5 days . After 2 weeks I call to see the status and was told it be 3 months away from shipping. Id requested my refund and was told they couldnt because it was in progress of shipping . So started out shopping for a new pool since the one we had for 14 years decided rust out and partially collapse. Went to a few places and got to leslie's pool supply in dundalk and thought we had a good deal,was told the 12x18 oval pool was in stock and would be delivered in 48 hours. Ordered a pool online June 5th. Advertisement said 6-9 days shipping. It has not shipped ( false advertisement). Customer service is a joke. Have talked to 3 different people who speak broken English and give different answers about shipping each time and will not put me in touch with a supervisor. Starting to think the online website for Leslie Pools is a scam. I have requested my payment back but so far no luck.
As it pertains to their testing of your water and their recommendations of chemicals.its a scheme. On a Thursday, spent $80 on chemicals, per their testing, to clear green algae. Was supposed to be clear by Monday, again according to them. It wasnt and I followed their instructions to the minute and measurement. Went back for another water test, was told the first set of instructions were wrong and was advised to purchase another $80 worth of chemicals to fix their first mistake. Its a scam.
I bought a robotic cleaner from Leslie's since it was pretty expensive. I figured if I had a problem I could go to a local store for help vs just purchasing it from some unknown on the internet. The product came on time, but was missing one set of filters. Their website shows two different sets of filters and the description says two filter options.
