I paid to have Leslie’s open and close my pool. The man that came did not do job correctly. Left my cartridge in all winter long took video of it I called I was told a manager will call me back. No one calls I left messages emails and everything they then say they don’t show a service order. How do I have a receipt, text message confirmation, and a final survey text for my service. Bought a pool blanket on their website in April. They promised delivery in 2-3 weeks, but they never did. I cancelled the order with their customer service (outsourced, uncooperative and misinformed), got a case number, only to see them charging my credit card two weeks later. I called them again and they promised to cancel the charges but they never did. I filled a dispute with my credit card company and within a week they agreed to refund me. So I was planning to open my Mom’s pool today, in preparation, i asked her to stop by the pool store to grab two bags of shock for the pool, upon arrive at my Mom’s this morning to open the pool, she told me that the first guy she talked to at Leslie’s had no idea what she was asking or looking for and asked another associate, this associate told my Mom that her pool water would have to be tested before they would sell her any chemicals, so basically denied her the product and tried to upsell a service she did not need, upon... read more

I bought a house with an above ground pool late summer. When we moved in the pool and all it’s parts were working fine. As first time pool owners we had Leslie’s come to close it for us for the winter. Unfortunately, I did not watch the gentleman who came to close it for us. A month later the cover was ripped and 1/4 way submerged into the pool. Thankfully (as of right now) I haven’t noticed any problems as a result. How do I put into words my experience with these backwards bozos??? Some mid 50's clearly inept, too lazy to read white man, knocked on my door at 8:30 am on May the 20th to clean our pool. A pool we do not have!! Despite a sign clearly stating "do not knock on this door we have an ill person living here". I will NEVER order from this store again. The website show a shipping date of 5/21 for a pool liner and it wasn’t after I called several times, was I notified that I wouldn’t receive until August. Now they are refusing my cancellation. Their customer service is outsourced and HORRIBLE. I want a complete REFUND for the pool liner.

We installed what we were told was a top of the line "jacuzzi" sand filter for our pool 2 years ago. We were told it had a 5 year parts and labor warranty. The drain plug is currently leaking pretty bad- so our pool and pump have to be turned off. At first the local store at Voice of America in West Chester, Ohio told us that replacing the drain plug is considered normal wear and tear but it was only used 2 times at the opening and closing of the pool. I scheduled a technician to come open my pool. The lady scheduling it told me to go to the store and get an opening kit. At the store the man said , there is no opening kit - the technicians do no cleaning or chemicals. Then he asked, is there debris on the cover? and I said oh, yes, from the trees. My husband and I just left Leslie pool location at *** * ************ ***, Brandon. The store two customers in in line and another shopping. We needed help with a spa filter, so I stood in line for assistance. The cashier, (don’t know his name since he wasn’t wearing a name tag) asked if I was waiting for water.
