Leislie pools doesn’t stand behind their products. My pool is literally deteriorating only after the fourth season! Their customer service is the absolute worse. I keep getting the run around. They say they aren’t responsible I need to contact the manufacturer which I have and received replacement parts . I do not feel tgat I should be responsible to pay over $600. to have the new parts installed. It was their fault to begin with that their merchandise is falling totally apart on every piece. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a hot tub cover on 3/2 and at that time was told it would take 4-5 weeks. Around the 5 week mark I consistently checked the order status online and every day it said it was preparing to ship. After a few weeks I tried my luck at calling. I couldn't get an answer from the tier 1 support and asked for a manager. They were all busy and said they would call me back. No call. Hands down the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could leave negative stars, but 1 is as low as i can go. We needed to order a spa cover. The website indicated that orders would ship in 3-5 days. A follow up on tracking showed the order was estimated to ship in about 2 weeks. We waited about two weeks and checked it again and the estimated ship date was about 5 days away. Checked again...was moved out another 5 days. I visited store 335 in San Marcos on Apr 8, 2021 at 10:15am. I greeted the clerk and no response. She then responds “Do you need something?” I informed her that I needed to clean debris on the bottom of my pool and what can I use. She responded “attachments are on that wall, you can look over there”. She was very short with us as if we were bothering her and never made an attempt to help us while we were trying to figure out which one to purchase or explain what may work. My husband and I visited store 335 on 8 Apr at 10:15am in San Marcos, TX. We entered Leslie’s and greeted the clerk and no response. She walked from the back to the counter and stated, “Do you need something?” My husband informed her that we needed to clean debris in the bottom of the pool because the Polaris was not getting everything. She replied, “Look over on that wall and you should find something”. Leslies customer service sucks no help what so ever. Made a order on March 27 never shipped so ask for a refund instead they sent email next day saying they replaced and shipment was on way. was told they would love to follow up but never received a call on follow up.I will never order anything again from them.Horrible service

Placed an order 3/18 , called 3/25. Was told they could not find the order number in the system even though they had a pending charge on my card showing at my bank. Told them never mind i will get it from a local store that had it in stock. On 3/31 received email saying the same order had shipped and my card was charged for the full amount. Called customer service and they said there is nothing they could do since it shipped. The item is paint, and the site says that paint is Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable. Madera Leslie pools , terrible service. Purchased 2 floating devices, price on shelf was wrong, the lady was very rude the way she was talking to me. Said she had been moving things around all morning ( it was before 11:00 and they opened at 10:00). She also said the price difference was to much to honor! It wasn’t the price that was the problem it was the short rude lady!! Never again will I go to a Leslie pools!
