Had Leslies come out for warranty repair on my pool pump. The tech called stating that he couldn't get the power to go back on. He was in a hurry to go on his vacation and told me to call back on Monday. Prior to the tech coming out, the circuit board was working fine. Another tech came out the following week and said that the circuit board was bad. Talked to the service manager and stated that it wasn't their fault and they will not cover the cost of fixing the damage their tech did during the repair. I will never use or re... read more

I have been waiting on my refund from your credit card debacle last week.Today makes the 5th business day and I still don't have my money back.I get told something different every time I speak to someone different.I would like the number to your accounting department&your credit card merchant.This is has caused enormous financial strain.I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting an attorney.This is theft!!

I think Leslie's Pool Service and Repair is the worst ever!!!!! We bought a new pump this is the 4th time they have came out. SERVICE comes out to tell me they need get with the store and district manager to order parts. Really WE WANT A NEW PUMP we paid for NOT PARTS Days and days go by then we set up another date to come out and guess what they called said (every time this happens) the parts did not come in. Leslies Service and Repair Department is by far the worst I have ever encountered in decades of owning a swimming pool. I have bought chemicals from Leslies in the past and this year tried to use them for all my pool needs. BIG mistake. Their service department and technicians perform only the barest minimum of what needs accomplishing in opening and closing pools, they dump a substantial amount of the work and obligations on the homeowner, their technicians are poorly trained, appointments are missed or incomplete, and thei... read more

I purchased the jacuzzi salt cell system over a month ago. I waited 2 weeks for the install guy to come, he came and was unable to install because the lady at the natomas store didn’t sell me the chemical release valve. I then purchased liquid chlorine for the time being. The installer said he was from roseville and was swearing at me and throwing cigferettes all over the place so I called and complained. I am not a pool owner. I purchased an above ground pool and was told I would need to purchase Chlorine for the pool. The pool arrived on Monday 07/2. I went into Leslie pool in Manteca, CA to purchase the chlorine and asked questions regarding how to maintain the pool. On 07/02 I fiiled the pool only to find on 07/03 that there was a hole in the pool. I never added any chemical. I took my Polaris pool cleaner to the Sandy Springs, GA Leslie’s location for repair. After extensive ($270.00) repair I picked it up and placed it in my pool. The Polaris still wasn’t working well. On one of my many trips to buy boat loads of chemicals at Leslie’s and water testing they told me to bring it back in. I did and received a phone call telling me it was just a clog and I could pick it up. There would be no charge. I do my pool maintenance care with products purchased at Home Depot or Wal-Mart. This year, however, I was faced with a difficult chlorine issue. My pool would not maintain the chlorine level. The 1-800 number I usually call for help with problems kept sending me out for "professional" testing and Leslie's is the only one in the area that tests with the "spin test".
