If anyone bought chlorine 3-13-19 I would definitely check to make sure you actually have chlorine! When we took the jug back up to the store they treated my father like he was an idiot. He said he had the jug they gave him in the car to prove it, and the manager told him it was illegal to bring it back into the store. The substance they gave us had no smell at all. I purchased a pool cover from Leslie's Pools on Sept. 23. The promised delivery time was 10-14 days. They charged my credit card on September 24. After a month of waiting I started to call to see where it was. Finally after two calls and two e-mails a cover arrived on November 2. It was the wrong cover! I called on November 5 to get a refund because I couldn't wait another five weeks for a cover. They told me that they couldn't refund it because the box had been opened. I purchased a new Jacuzzi Salt System and Pentair speed pump from the Leslie,s Pool Store in Mt, Juliet TN. the first part of August 2018. After it was installed I had trouble keeping my pool from being GREEN! I would take a water sample into the store every few days for weeks! Was told each time to add chemicals. And over a period of almost 1 1/2 months spent over $300 dollars in chemicals. With no results. The store manager claimed that my pool was testing normal chemistry. Told me this many many times!!! I purchased a pool filter and pump over a week ago because mine had died. We had a member of your service team come evaluate the property and give us an assessment so we then purchased what was needed to ensure the pool was ready for Labor Day weekend and didn’t turn green. Now we find out that they entered the wrong address and the package was delivered to a different town in Long Island. Ultra Postive! Leslie's Pools at Mall of Georgia. Have been going to this location for the last several years. The new manager for this past year (Brittany) and the new Asst Manager (Shannon) are outstanding! They really go above and beyond to help you. As in past years, I have had significant issues trying to get my pool water just right at the beginning and even during the season. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After spending money on a new filter with them and then having it not work properly, taking the water to get it tested numerous times, calling the service department being put on hold then finally speaking with someone only to learn they would need to have someone else call me to schedule a service appointment, never receiving that call. Calling the local store for help to which the manager basically told us he didn't need our business and was not willing to help... read more

nothing but a plus service. i had bought a pool cleaner threw them years ago. brought it to pich a penny who wanted 225.00 dollars to repair it. brought it to leslie pools for a second opinion.. one of the associates at leslie pools saw it an took my treads off an says this is your problem. they explained how it was run an why it was doing the way it was doing..being sckepticle. i brought it home the mx 8 runs like it took it out of the box.

I went in to Leslie's pools and was completely ignored by the female attendant. Not hello,Not be right with you nothing she was to busy flirting with the guys she was helping. Then another customer game in and she helped her while still helping the 2 guys. This was about 10 mnutes, so I just left. What happened to customer service? Shame on them. My business will be taken elsewhere.
