I went in today to get one gallon, yes just one gallon of the rubberized pool paint which they show on their shelf. The young man told me that they had plenty in stock, however, he could not sell it to me because a manager had to be there. The manager would not be there until tomorrow. Well, it is supposed to rain and I had already purchased 6 cans of this stuff but now that I drove all the way there, I cannot get just one gallon. I was disappointed how they diagnosed and handled a repair to my heater. I had them come to repair our pool heater which would kick on, but after the burner lit, would immediately turn back off. The first visit ($150) diagnosed the problem as the motherboard. It was replaced but did not fix the problem. The second visit (no charge) diagnosed the problem as the internal gas value ($500). I am the Executrix for an estate. The Estate has a home that was vacant for nearly 2 years due to illness and subsequent death of the owner. As part of preparations to sell the home, Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies was contacted to evaluate the pool and prepare it for use. They had "winterized" and "opened" the pool for a number of years prior to the owner's death. I was told that they would not service the pool because it had not been serviced for an extended period. Wife went in to the store to just get some flock and shock, gave a water sample and was told that she needed "Leslie's clear aid' the manager and employee was arguing on how to use it. We brought the crap and ran pool for 3 days, now it looks worse than ever. They upswell to sell stuff that is bad for your pool . Oh yea then they have a no refund polices. Absolutely the worst pool service I have ever used. They don't show up when they are supposed to. If they do show up, they don't fix the problem. I am currently trying to get them to come back, yet, again, for a simple service call to clean filters. Their cystomer service is horrible. Their telephone call involve marathon hold sessions. Then there is always an excuse as to why they haven't shown up. I will never use them again.

Needed to have a filter replaced. They gave me an appointment between 8 a.m. and noon comma but did not show up until 2 p.m., then told me they needed to charge me $74 but come back on another day for install. Uninstall day, only 49 of those dollars was applied to my bill. They were scheduled between noon and 5 and showed up at 5:30. I had to leave for work at 6. One of the sales personal come from the back of the store and asked me if he could help me. I said I needed a water sample done.he the noticed I had a gun on my side and asked if I could strap it down, I said it didn't have a strap. He then ask me to take it to my car. I told him it was my right to carry, that he didn't have to worry about me coming back to any Leslie's stores any more. And that I would tell everyone I know. I had a terrible experience with Leslies Pool Supply and will NEVER return. They continued to charge me and give me incorrect instructions for treating my pool. They took advantage of me knowing that I was a first time pool owner. DON'T USE THEM EVER!!!!

I have been a customer of Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies for over 10 years and after my experience on 4/12/17 I will take my business elsewhere. On 4/3/17 I purchased an inground pool cleaner through their company's website for $325, a few days later I saw that **** ****** ***** ***** was selling the same model for $278.21. On 4/12/17 I took my unused inground pool cleaner to our nearest leslie's store (15 miles away) to return the item.
