Delivery of product is horrible. Called customer service 4 different days looking for my order and each day I am told “delivery will be tomorrow”. I requested a refund and was told no since it is in transit even though I have been waiting a month. I ordered from Leslie’s for years but I will now find another company to purchase from. I got no resolution from customer service

My husband prefers to buy products from Leslie's on Sheridan Plaza in Hollywood, FL because is convenient. Lately I've been the one buying the products bcse with the pandemic, my husband had to work more and late. I was absolutely mistreated by the clerk, a middle aged short man, he was extremely rude to me. The first time I went trying to fill chlorine jugs, I arrived at the store at 5:50 (they close at 6) and he told me he couldn't do bcse the chlorine hose was all the way in the back and they didn't do chlorine jugs after... read more

It’s been a nightmare dealing with Leslie‘s, can’t believe the BBB gives them a A+ rating with a crime! Purchased a pool heater that is absolutely worthless! Contacted the company and they sent out two reps who knew nothing about how to fix it. Referred me to a third-party he was refusing to come out and fix the issue! I have an eight year warranty on the unit and it’s only worked half of the time! You really want to have bad customer service in a company that won’t stand behind their products give them a call! Placed an order incorrectly, called with in 24 hrs. It hasn't shipped yet, but the can't cancel it and there isn't anyone that can help me. I have to wait and refuse delivery, whenever that might be.

The customer service rep told me she would return my call to solve an issue. She never called. Several messages were left with no return call. I then spoke to the store manager, who said he would have that customer service rep return my call in an hour. I still did not receive a call. I talked to the manager again. He gave me a phone number that said it was for the district office and I could speak directly to the district manager. Leslie's pool would not offer rain checks on out of stock items at Black Friday prices. So, they called yesterday to offer me Cyber Monday price. So, I took them up on it. Never received the confirmation email so when I logged into my account, I see the same product for over $100 less than what they had just sold me!!!!! Quickly called and cancelled order and placed online. Why did they not inform me of this when they called me??????? Sad, sad, sad.

Incompetence reigns in Leslie's customer service, or lack thereof. My neighbor had a tree that constantly dropped debris into my pool so I ordered online a leaf net and six water bags to hold it in place. The following day my neighbor told me she had decided to remove the tree, hence I would no longer need a net. I called Leslie's to cancel my order and I received an email confirming my cancellation. July 26,2020 To whom it may concern: Back in March 2019, I walked into Leslie pools to purchase the above ground pool. Boy, was I excited. We have talked about this forever … Part of the order arrived in April 2019. By the time everything was built and put together was June 2019. At this point, they never sent me a salt system and charged me for it, they sent me a defective ladder and a junk filter. Today July 3, 2020 store in Port Orange FL has a serious problem with digital water testing providing wrong inaccurate results. Test said chlorine was three times too high 12.31, and I needed 5 lbs 8 oz of alkaline. Monday June 29, 2020 water test at a competitor's store showed I needed 1 gal of chlorine and 5 lbs of alkaline. I put those items in pool that afternoon.
