Billed my insurance 5 grand for an hour and half visit max, some torradol, and benadryl. Sure charged a lot for the poor and rude care I received

Had to spend 4 nights in the hospital and was extremely impressed with the nurses and the doctors up there. Will go there for any future issues, hopefully I don’t have any!

You lied to me about my insurance covering people that work at your hospital. You assured me at the time of signing for my surgery that all people working on me were with my insurance. Now all the bills are coming in. Why lie? How am I supposed to pay for this. I trusted you.
Went in for a biopsy. Was sent home bleeding still. Came back the er fixed it by silver nitrate. A week later turns out under all the bruises I had (my entire left side of the left breast) there was an infection that couldn't be seen because of the bruising caused by the bleeding I was sent home with. Now I called to discuss my balance due and your call department is very rude and hangs up when you ask why you have a $75 bill when you paid $121.
