While ICU is good, and as a whole the rehab therapists are good, there are definite issues. Food services is incompetent, incapable of taking basic orders and on at least one occasion bring food the patient was allergic to. The doctors, particularly Dr. Leuder, are unresponsive to patients pain and injury complaints. RecommendedI've had atleast 5-6 surgeries at Belton Regional. All by Dr. Gillen. He took Excellent Care of me. But, I dislike that he's no longer working there. I've always had great care at this Hospital & I Thank Them & Appreciate All of Them.

RecommendedI was seen this morning in the ER for an unexpected Cardiac event. Let me tell you! Dr. Wellbourn and my nurse Freedom were absolutely AMAZING. They worked quickly and efficiently and had me under control in less than 15 min from my time of arrival. Thank you so much Dr. Wellbourn & Freedom! I feel so much better. ❤️
RecommendedI saw Dr. Ahmed for the first time today in the Neurology department. He was amazing. Listened, attentive, took lots of notes, etc. His resident was also amazing with great bedside manner. I feel like I got further with them in one visit than I have in the last 6 months with my primary doctor and multiple specialists. I fully approve of the initial plan of my care and referrals placed, tests performed, etc. 100% recommend! My only complaint is someone else in the office smelled heavily of perfume. Ever since Dec 5th I have been treated extremely unfair. I went in for. EEG and got a procedure instead. every time I've gone to the ER for severe symptoms of all the conditions related I have been mistreated and psychologically analyzed. Instead of providing me with the fairness I deserve as a real human. When can I have my body part back.
