RecommendedWent to ER for high fever, chills, disoriented and hallucinating. Quickly set up for treatment for Sepsis. ER, ICU and Recovery staff were great and caring. Highly recommend this hospital. We were in the area for my son’s soccer tournament, staying at my sister’s house when my son began to have intense lower abdominal pain on the day of the last game. I coordinated with my husband back home in Wichita to see where our insurance would cover us. My sister had good experiences at LSMC and it was on our insurance! I just got home yesterday after having an emergency appendectomy.. every single person we met who took care of me was fantastic, amazing, so helpful and kind, professional doctors, nurses, techs, dieticians, chef, from the ER to OR, to post surgery care, to discharge to helping with after-hour pharmacy assistance. I am so grateful for your dedication to the work you do every day. Each and every one of you get 5-stars from me! I am so grateful for YOU ALL!
On April 23, I was admitted. I just want to thank the entire staff...from the emergency room to ICU to the 2nd floor and the housekeepers. you were all very caring, thorough. absolutely amazing. thank you all so much!
Great CPR class taught by Deborah Wallace. It was short and interesting. We were "dancing"learning CPR. User friendly mannequins too. Need signs on how to get to class though.
l just came out of surgery for bypass on a artery in my leg. The nurses made sure l wasn't in pain the first night. From then on l was taken care of .. l had some very caring Nurses.l have been.Very Blessed buy the staff.Yes my stay was great.
The particular doctor I saw today, Nicole Cloutier was one of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my entire life as a patient. She should be avoided at all costs. I asked her for a different course of treatment since she prescribed me exactky the course of medication I was already on and was treated as a drug seeker rather than a patient. The nurses were great but I will never be back and I will tell anyone and everyone not to go there if it a serious condition that involves any type of pain.
