From the person who checked me in at the front desk to the nurses and physicians who provided my care, every single staff member I encountered was professional courteous and caring. I was treated quickly and efficiently and overall had a very positive experience!
I had my first colonoscopy done at Lee's Summit Medical Center. From checking in to finish, everyone was very nice and made an uncomfortable situation very tolerable. The nurses, anesthesiologists, etc all were very helpful and explained everything that was going on. Dr Merritt had very good bedside matter. Explained everything before and after the procedure. This was the first time I met him. He really seemed to be a very caring doctor. Off of this experience, I would definitely recommend this hospital.

I very enjoyed my short stay through the outpatient area of the hospital. All the staff was friendly and thorough making sure everyone was on the same page for my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Tietjen too if you are in need of a urologist. He has a wonderful bedside manner and great at his job.
