I had a cyst cut open and drained in er The doctor and staff were great
I was a patient here. Nursing staff was awesome but here is the problem 1-RN for 6 new patients and 1-tech to help. Never got meds on time you are suppose to get before 4 hours to keep up on pain not an hour or longer. Night shift was a little better. I asked why only 1 RN, she said that was fully staffed per hospital admin. Sorry but no that is why I am glad there are other choices and I have been there and they were so much more effecient.. this will not be my hospital of choice. The nursing staff and doctors are very polite and professional when my husband however went down to the Cardiology department for stress test one of the nurses was very rude as I accompanied my husband down commenting said this isn't a sporting spectacle and I had to leave I thought that was pretty rude I didn't say anything I just left
I was here with my mother-in-law. They cafeteria was performing for the hospitals appreciation day. Medical service providers were encouraged to stop by, saw several Lee's Summit fire dept. Crews catch lunch. Very nice, thank you!
I went in at 3am. No one was there. But staff. I was in and out...
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Everyone was very professional and I actually got in an HOUR ahead of schedule. Very impressed and recommend to ALL!
